Begin with a minor step and work your way up to the largest. When establishing plans, it’s good to begin at the end and work backward.
Keep track of your accomplishments. To mark a task as completed, cross it off the list. It’s easy to stay motivated when you can see your progress. If your objective was to perform 100 continuous pushups, you could mark the milestones of 25, 50, 75, 80, and eventually 100!
